Career Coaching
We offer career coaching services aimed primarily at those in early to mid-career roles in health, government and consulting, working with you to identify and reach your goals.

We provide guidance in all of these areas. Services offered include:
- Coaching and mentoring
- Career planning, including identifying sectors and roles most suited to your skills, interests and values, and advice on which external training courses will best support your career goals
- Job search and interview tips, including review of your CV and LinkedIn profile
- Individual and group training in areas such as:
- Effective presentation skills
- Improving your interview technique (including mock interview practice)
- How to chair a meeting
- How to develop and run an engaging stakeholder consultation workshop
- How to develop a strategy
- Introduction to program and project management

Your coach
This service is provided by Helen Cox, one of Miller Blue Group’s co-founders and Directors.
Over the last twenty years, Helen has worked as a public servant, a contractor and a consultant before starting her own consulting business in 2022. She has provided numerous coaching, mentoring and training services during this time and is pleased to now provide this as a formal service through her company.
Helen completed a Psychology degree in 2021, for which she was awarded a Dean’s commendation for academic excellence. She also holds a BA(Hons) in Politics and an MBA. She has qualifications in program, project and change management, as well as a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Having spent much of her career working in health, Helen is also across medical, nursing and allied health clinical training pathways and can provide expert guidance on the types of roles available within and outside of a clinical setting for those considering a move.
She brings particular expertise in the field of digital health, and is a Certified Health Informatician Australasia (CHIA) and the Deputy Chair of the NSW Branch Committee of the Australian Institute of Digital Health.
She has also worked in numerous other government departments at the State and Commonwealth levels, including Education.

- Some people find one session to be all they need, others prefer a series of sessions
- A variety of reflection and self-assessment tools may be used to assist
- Can add a training session to your coaching program e.g. presentation skills training (see ‘Individual Training Sessions’ below)
- Can request review of CV and LinkedIn profile as an add on.
$195 per session +GST.
CV and LinkedIn profile review add on – $150 +GST.

- Effective presentation skills
- Improving your interview technique (including mock interview practice).
$825+GST.
- Can vary from 1 hour to whole day
- Held in person or virtually
- Utilise variety of self-assessment tools
- Can incorporate any of the training sessions offered (see ‘Individual Training Sessions’) in a group environment, as well as go into greater depth of content where more time is available

Service Conditions
· All service prices are quoted in Australian dollars, GST = 10% goods and services tax
· Sessions can be scheduled at different time zones to meet the needs of global clients
· Cancellation shall be communicated 24-hour in advance, otherwise, the fee will be forfeited
· All individual sessions and packages shall be paid in advance
· All information and data received will be treated in absolute confidence
